A big thanks to all the AJDS members, supporters and friends that came along to our annual dinner for 2016, on November 27 at the Goat House in Elsternwick. Your kind donations will help us carry on our work and prepare for the busy year ahead. It was a lovely night, thanks to our organiser, Yael Winikoff, and our tireless executive committee members.
A very special thank you also goes out to Adi Sappir, who gave a touching performance of Hebrew songs by Leah Goldberg and Yehuda Amichai, which she translated, composed, sang and accompanied on her cello. Mesmerising music to mark a year not without its challenges, but also one with many important triumphs.
