AJDS community organizer, Max Kaiser, has interviewed one of our key members, Robin Rothfield, about his time in the AJDS. Robin’s perspective, as that of the oldest member of the executive, is precious. You can listen to the interview here.
This recording will form part of the AJDS Oral History Project, a record of personal stories of political involvement and activism within and beyond the Australian Jewish community. The executive came up with this project as a way of commemorating the organization on this, its thirtieth year.
You can also read Robin’s address, co-written with his brother, David Rothfield, here, and you can read Evelyn Rothfield’s pamphlets here.
Next month we will publish another interview, and another on each subsequent month of this year.
